Dell Computer Problems- Law Suit

Dell is attempting to rebuild it's place in the IT World after bad capacitors failed and leaked fuild in it's optiplex frange between 2003 to 2005.  This issue could make computers catch fire according to Carey Holzman, a computer expert.
The bad capacitors affected over 11million computers sold by Dell between May 2003 and July 2005 which led to a lawsuit in 2007 by Advanced Internet Technologies. In May, an order was granted which removed a private order on the documents involved in the lawsuit. Those documents reveal the depth at which the capacitor problem impacted Dell and its millions of customers, betrayed customers.

soooo funny, even dells own legal firms were impacted, and hired to defend in the lawsuit... this detail came up in the documents.

Dell's reputation may be in taters, even it's sales people after 2008 were told to say that the company’s direct model allowed it to identify and fix problems faster than competitors, this was to divert long lasting bad impressions of the company...
